Planika fireplace most common issues:

  • Error 1 – activation of the spillage sensor. Usually, requires opening of the device and inspecting the safety of operation
  • Error 17 – time for the start-up sequence has been exceeded. It may be caused by a variety of factors, usually it’s related to hardware
  • Error 32 – incorrect operation of the main fuel pump. Fuel flow is very carefully verified through a series of sensors. If one of them gives a false read-out this exact error appears
  • Error 99 – lack of communication between the control panel and the motherboard
